One of Dubai Marina’s unique features is its 3.5-kilometre canal, which flows into the sea at both ends. This waterway is especially popular with the locals, due to the jogging and cycle paths that run alongside it. The district also boasts a beautiful beach and a lively waterfront promenade, known as The Walk.

Thanks to its popularity and prime seaside location, Dubai Marina is also a popular target for investors. Rental yields here are comparable to those in Downtown Dubai.
