Nestled along the banks of the historic Dubai Creek, Dubai Creek Harbour is an impressive urban development stretching over six square kilometres. The mega-project is being developed by Dubai Holding and Emaar Properties with the aim of creating a pioneering residential and lifestyle district focused on modern architecture, sustainability and luxurious living.
The crown jewel of the breathtaking skyline will be Dubai Creek Tower, an observation tower that is set to eclipse Burj Khalifa as the world’s tallest building once complete.
Dubai Creek Harbour is divided into nine districts, of which only the ‘Island District’ is currently close to completion. A substantial stretch of land on the fringes of the expansive Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to a diverse population of over 450 animal species, is still to be developed in the next 10 to 15 years. This opens up an exciting frontier of investment opportunities, especially for those with a long-term investment strategy.
